Learn the local ways of living in a ranch. In
Rancho Viejo, the owners will teach you how to milk a goat and how to
make goat cheese. While the cheese making process is underway you
will visiton foot the old aqueduct, the reservoir and the houses foundations
used by the Jesuit before the Mission of San
Francisco Javier was build. Then you will ride on
mules and horses back old trail opened by the Jesuits. On you
return you will be presented with a previous day cheese
or get you own one next day. |
